Lowrollers September RTT
The Lowrollers held a brilliant RTT on Saturday 27th September, and we had an absolutely amazing day! We had players present who have represented not just their clubs, but even their country!
We would like to thank everyone who came for the day – while some of you did not epitomise the low-rolling requirements of the Lowrollers, you absolutely shone through with great attitudes, gamesmanship, and just good times.
We had a few prizes for the day too, so lets go through some of them:
BEST PAINTED
There were some stunning armies on display, and with voting going through a final three:

WINNER: Daniel C.
BEST SPORT
So one of the key qualities we look for in people playing at Lowrollers is an attitude of honesty, fairness, and just being an all-round good person. And we were super pleased to see that it was one of Lowrollers own that picked up this prize as being voted for the best sport by their opponent!

WINNER: Christian F
BEST GENERAL
Of course in an RTT it comes down to who picks up the top spot. With 6 players going 2-1, there was a lot of fighting for top spot, but only two players managed to get the big 3-0 (one of them just very lucky with a bunch of clutch 4-ups and opponents failing 3″ charges… Twice!). The other player who went 3-0 happened to do it in style with a 100-32, 100-32, and 100-30…

1st PLACE: Liam H. (Necrons)

2nd PLACE: Christian F. (Custodes)

3rd PLACE: Joshua M. (Tyranids)
THE LOWEST ROLLER
SO lets be honest. In an RTT held by the Lowrollers, THIS is the prestigious award that we are really looking for. We’ll be honest; we actually had Christian F. pegged for this given his ability to roll an inordinate number of ones, but he disappointed/surprised us all by figuring out that 4-ups make quite a difference.
Instead, this award went to a player who chanced their arm with some tasty Imperial Agents, and did their best to roll as many 1’s as possible.

WINNER: Dan G.
Thank you all for the great day – and we look forward to seeing you all at our next event!
