Lowrollers December Teeny Teams
WHAT A WAY TO SIGN OFF ON AN INCREDIBLE YEAR!!
Lowrollers Brisbane held an AMAZING teeny team tournament – wait let me try something here – a totally terrific teeny teams tournament triumphantly transpired saTurday (yep, enough of that), and is was SO GOOD!
30 players. 10 teams. Two anchors. One Dachshund (who did win The Goodest Girl award).

There were first-timers mixed in with the seasoned veterans, meta lists mixed with un-meta lists, a huge spread of factions (which is so great to see) and just good times all around.
And speaking of awards we must shout out a huge thank you to Gamers Village for their generous support with some of our awesome prizes – you can check them out more at Gamers Village

BEST PAINTING
HOW DO YOU CHOOSE???
Actually it was quite an easy voting system to determine the winner, but they were all super well painted. The kind of painting that makes you look at your own army and wonder how much the commissioning would cost.
BEST PAINTED RUNNER UP: Benjamin G.

BEST PAINTED WINNER: Wade C!

BEST SPORT
As always with Lowrollers (and I think its pretty universal across most of the events… Haven’t seen a Worst Sport award yet), we are always promoting fairness, understanding, and honesty with all those who attend our events. Once again, it was great to see a huge number of nominations for this as it means everyone is expressing these key qualities, but there can only be one top dog here, and it goes to Chorizo.

Nah jokes.

BEST SPORT: Bailey W!
BEST IN FACTION

Imperium: Riley T!

Xenos: Ashley H!

Chaos: Daniel W!
And now for the bit that most of us have been waiting for:
PLACINGS
3rd Place: Pink Short Appreciation Club

2nd Place: RAWhammer

And with scores of 40/45/35 (and amusingly one player of the team scoring 20/20/20 – so the anchors were doing their jobs well)
1st PLACE: Every Ship Needs Two Anchors

(Not pictured – the actual ship in the team)
THE LOWEST ROLLERS
And of course, the highly-coveted, the most-sought after, the greatest desired LOWEST ROLLER award. This is a really hard one to achieve. Not only do you have to roll low, but you have to make sure your teammates do as well! And this team were the best at rolling low!
The Real Winners: Roll for Deadly Demise

On behalf of the Lowrollers Brisbane committee for awesome gaming, we thank you all for attending our events in 2025 and look forward to a GREAT 2026.
Remember – aim low, roll lower.
